Patrick Clark, Lead Developer

Patrick Clark is a passionate web application developer with a background in engineering. After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Electrical Engineering, he dove head first into the business software industry as a technical consultant at SAP Americas.

After several years learning how to scale three tier systems and tune databases to reach maximum efficiency, he moved out of the corporate landscape into an engineering focused role at Unreal Marketing / CreateTraffic, where he built a client management and marketing analytics system to support a large number of local businesses.

He joined OneTwoSee™ in June of 2011, where he leads application development focusing on scalability, portability and modular design using the latest web technologies.

Clay Simmons, Senior Developer

Clay is a full stack web developer working primarily with LAMP systems.  He honed his application-building chops in the early 2000s writing desktop database software to help architecture firms estimate project budgets. As a testament to the durability of the design, it is still in use today.

After relocating to California's Bay Area in 2004, he began working for SantaCruzJobs.com where he helped maintain the company's highly trafficked network of locally-focused job-posting sites.  He developed web-based back-office utilities to help manage the expanding network of sites and worked alongside the company's CTO to develop and deploy new customer-facing features. He then moved on to CreativeMerch.com, a San Francisco based startup, where his main focus was helping the company cope with its rapidly expanding user base.  He spearheaded the effort to move the entire tech infrastructure into Amazon's Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), making CreativeMerch.com one of the first companies to adopt this popular solution and putting them in a position to horizontally scale their infrastructure.

Clay moved back to Philadelphia in 2009 where he worked as a freelance web developer building content management systems and custom e-commerce solutions for everyone from small businesses to large corporations such as Konica Minolta.  By the end of 2011, he was tired of talking only to his dogs during the day and decided to join OneTwoSee™ at the beginning of 2012.  When he's not learning about new web technologies, he keeps the stages of local music venues warm playing bass in local band, Blood Feathers.  Clay holds a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Arkansas.
